In a world where the nature is disappearing, Humanity keeps growing and destroying everything. Faced with the threat, there is only one solution to save the planet from dying: reassemble Yggdrasyl, the tree source of all energies.

But be careful, time is passing, and there is not much left. Will you be able to save the world “Avant la fin”?   

What is it?

“Avant la fin” is a mix between a puzzle-game and a rogue-like where you play a hero who must resolve riddles to get a certain number of seeds before the end of the timer.

The purpose of this game is to increase public understanding about sustainable development. Its world has been created to highlight the correlation between our planet state and the remaining time left to save it. Gameplay refers to elements of sustainable development.

“Avant la fin” is inspired by a French book named “Tant que les cerisiers fleuriront”, available on Wattpad (link : : https://www.wattpad.com/story/270408186-tant-que-les-cerisiers-fleuriront ).

Êtes-vous prêt à relever le défi ?

Dans un monde où la nature perd peu à peu à sa place, l’Homme continue de se répandre et anéantir tout sur son passage. Face à ce danger, la planète meurt et il ne reste qu’une solution pour la sauver : Restituer l’arbre Yggdrasyl, source de toutes énergies.

Attention, le temps vous est compté. Arriverez-vous à sauver le monde avant la fin ?

Qu’est-ce que c’est ?

Avant la fin est un jeu mixant puzzle-game et rogue-like. Vous y incarnez une héroïne dont le but est de résoudre les énigmes afin d’obtenir suffisamment de graines avant la fin du chronomètre.

L’objectif de ce jeu est de sensibiliser au développement durable. Son univers  met en lumière la corrélation entre l'état actuel de la Terre et le temps restant à l’Homme pour la sauver. Les mécaniques de gameplay ont été choisies en faisant référence à des points du développement durable. 

Avant la fin est inspiré du livre intitulé Tant que les cerisiers fleuriront, actuellement disponible sur Wattpad (lien : https://www.wattpad.com/story/270408186-tant-que-les-cerisiers-fleuriront ). 

Instructions
